Melody’s food relationship didn’t always start out healthy. In young adulthood Melody struggled with eating disorders and a physique that swung from severely underweight to overweight, to extreme athleticism with abs showing all the time. All these extremes, bouncing back and forth between all of them, were NOT healthy. Her own life choices and attitudes were limiting her capabilities in relationships, work, and personal well being. This is the turning point where she adopted the concept of “no self-induced limitations”. So that, if the occasion arises to accomplish a feat, she will be set up for her greatest output. This idea stemmed from her spiritual beliefs in Jesus; if God tasked her with a challenge, she wanted to have her life choices be in agreement to prepare her for the challenge. So, what if you don’t know the challenge? Be prepared for anything!
In the pursuit of health (physical, spiritual, and mental) she took her education into deep dives and refinement for her body, mind, and soul. After seeing great results in the balance of these three key areas, and healing her relationship with food and exercise, she has set out her career to help others do the same, and be empowered by their lifestyle, not hindered by it.
